FOOD-TRAK boot camp

FOOD-TRAK Boot Camp is an exciting 4-day course focused on learning how to become a proficient FOOD-TRAK user and drive cost savings to your organization’s bottom line.

You will be armed with the knowledge to construct, operate and maintain an effective food and beverage database. You will also learn and practice effective inventory techniques and methods, rapid and accurate recipe building, forecasting, ordering and procurement approaches. Additionally, you will gain competence with requisitions and transfers, waste and fabrication control variance tracking and report analysis.
