Sales Support Position

SCI, developer of the FOOD-TRAK Food and Beverage Management System, a 37 year old industry leader in innovation provides procurement, inventory and culinary control software to clubs, resorts, hotels, casinos, convention centers, sports venues, hospitals, grocery stores and other complex foodservice organizations. The position involves supporting the existing sales managers as well as the marketing department in various ways. Sales Support tasks will include:

	Helping to develop proposals and presentations
	Handling initial inquiries via web, e-mail and phone
	Answering calls coming into sales and client services as needed
	Organizing sales team task lists in Microsoft CRM
	Managing e-mail lists for newsletters and other mailings using Constant Contact and CRM
	Contacting existing clients to make sure they are satisfied with our services
	Contacting clients for maintenance and hosting plan renewals

Given the variety of work to be performed, the ideal candidate has the following skills:

	General high proficiency with computers and popular social networking software (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
	Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
	Familiarity with contact management software, preferably Microsoft CRM
	Good writing and language skills

Additional desirable qualifications:

	College degree
	Office administration experience

	Multi-lingual (especially Spanish)
