Sales Coordinator Position

The position involves supporting the existing account managers as well as the marketing department in various ways. Sales Coordinator tasks will include:

	Help develop proposals and presentations
	Create quotes and service orders for new and existing clients
	Handle initial inquiries via web, e-mail and phone
	Organize sales team task lists in Microsoft CRM
	Managing e-mail lists for newsletters and other mailings using Constant Contact and CRM
	Contact existing clients to make sure they are satisfied with our services
	Contact clients for maintenance and hosting plan renewals
	Create initial invoices in the accounting program
	Manage training course attendee list and materials
	Coordinate trade show arrangements and materials
	Sales meeting information including agenda, minutes, and reports

Given the variety of work to be performed, the ideal candidate has the following skills:

	General high proficiency with computers and popular social networking software (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
	Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook
	Familiarity with contact management software, preferably Microsoft CRM
	Good writing and language skills

Additional desirable qualifications:

	College degree
	Office administration experience
	Customer service experience
	Multi-lingual (especially Spanish)
