eTraining
eTraining is both an inexpensive and highly effective method for user training. Designed for one-on-one instruction, eTraining places an instructor on the phone with the client, while both are looking at the same screens on their computers. Both the client and the instructor can operate the keyboard and mouse, making it seem as though they were seated next to each other, working at the same computer. eTraining can be ordered in short time blocks, requires only an Internet connection and a Web browser, and never involves travel expenses, making it one of the most economical methods of receiving individualized training. eTraining can also be provided using the client’s actual data, making it possible to review and modify existing, live data if desired.
