FOOD-TRAK^® Accounts Payable interfaces eliminate duplicate invoice entry by exporting FOOD-TRAK^® invoice transaction information to a file conforming to the accounting system developer’s specifications. The file is then imported into the A/P system using functions provided by the accounting system. Invoice transaction information includes all data required to eliminate the need for duplicate entry of invoices. Many of the higher-end accounting systems accept our "generic" invoice transaction export file, and are not separately listed. Some accounting systems also accept purchase orders from the FOOD-TRAK^® system. Many of the more popular interfaces are listed below:
