Food and beverage control cannot be purchased. It is actually an organizational “culture” and impacts a number of departments. We work with individual clients to assess their current approaches to control, and then help them move toward a cohesive control culture. We call this “Bulletproofing” food and beverage operations, and without exception our efforts and approach have helped hundreds of clients significantly and immediately reduce F&B costs and avoid unnecessary losses.
SCI offers a wide variety of educational seminars and workshops. Sessions are geared toward generating a broader understanding of food and beverage management, as well as providing participants with significant insights and information to take back to their organization. These dynamic seminars are available to trade associations, corporate clients and educational organizations in full day, three hour and one hour time blocks. A wide variety of topics are available, along with customized seminars for clients with very specific needs. Most of our courses also qualify for CPE and/or CMI credit.
