FOOD-TRAK University - The Fundamentals is a brand new, 3 day online course focused on how to become a proficient FOOD-TRAK user and drive cost savings to your organization’s bottom line. Our Training Team designed this course to provide clients with the power of knowing where their problems lie and best practices to address them! Join us for this live, stimulating and interactive training on the how to operate and maintain an effective food and beverage database while practicing inventory techniques and methods, forecasting, ordering and procurement approaches. Additionally, you will gain competence with requisitions and transfers, waste, and report analysis that will elevate your proficiency and make a valuable impact to your organization.

Working on your own computer workstation and the latest version of FOOD-TRAK, you will be led by a live instructor through a series of lectures explaining the “how to” functionality of each process, followed by practice exercises outlined in the comprehensive training manual. This “real world” foodservice operation approach prepares you to return to your place of business and make effective use of the FOOD-TRAK system.
