The FOOD-TRAK^® Commissary Module adds a number of capabilities well-suited to operations who mark up food and beverage products for sale or transfer to retail customers or company-owned stores. In addition to conventional commissary operations, the module can be very useful for catering, bakeries, and other similar operations where food is produced and invoiced, as opposed to going through a POS system.
